To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, we kindly request your compliance with the
following Terms of Use:


Terms of Use

  • These terms and conditions govern your use of Hotel Golden Nest website. By
    accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with the mentioned Terms and
    Conditions.
  • Please read these terms carefully before using our website. If you do not agree with
    any part of these terms, you must refrain from using our website.
  • All standard policies pertaining to hotel and hospitality industry are applicable, when
    specific reservation policy is not mentioned in the “Reservation Voucher
    Confirmation” document.
  • Effective Date: 28.02.2021
    Reservation & Payment Terms
  • All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by our Hotel.
  • This reservation is not transferrable.
  • Applicable Taxes – Taxes are as applicable at the time of reservation.
  • By booking and reserving a stay at Hotel Golden Nest you agree to abide by these
    terms and conditions.
  • To make a reservation, you must provide accurate and complete information,
    including your full name, contact details, and payment information.
  • A pre-authorization will be taken on your credit card under the name booking is
    made for the total stay on your arrival.
  • Upon making a reservation, you authorise us to charge the provided payment
    method for the total amount due, including applicable taxes, fees, and any additional
    charges incurred during your stay.
  • Payment must be made in full at the time of reservation, unless stated otherwise in
    specific promotions or packages.
  • Payment can be made using the credit card, debit card, payment gateway link,
    deposit in the bank account or net banking before the due Check Out Date. We
    accept major credit/debit cards and cash payments.
  • Any additional charges incurred during the stay must be settled at check-out.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any reservation at our discretion, without
    providing a reason who fails to comply with the rules.
  • Guests are required to show Government address ID Proof photo identification at
    check-in for verification. Local IDs are not allowed.
  • Such documents can be either an Indian Aadhaar Card, Indian Driver’s License, Indian
    Voter ID Card or Indian or International Passport. PAN cards are not accepted. Hotel
    reserves the right to refuse check-in in the absence of a valid identification
    document.
  • Foreign Nationals are required to present their passport and valid visa.
  • The maximum number of extra beds and cots allowed is one, on chargeable basis. It
    may vary depending on the type of reservation.
  • Hotel can accommodate unmarried couples above 18 years of age, only if they have a
    valid Government ID proof.
  • Please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges
    may be applicable.
  • An extension of stay at the Hotel is liable to be offered at rate/offer applicable at the
    t
    ime the extension request is made. In case, the original offer at which the
    reservation was booked has expired at that time, the hotel is not liable to offer a
    room at the original rates but at current rates on offer.
  • Certain privileged booking rates or special offers are not eligible for cancellation,
    refund or any change. The Customer is therefore advised to check the room
    description and any such conditions carefully prior to making a booking. Hotel shall
    not be liable to cancel or refund any amount or alter any bookings if booking is made
    under such privileged booking rates or special offers.
    Check-in and Check-out
  • Check-in time is from 12:00 PM and check-out time is by following day 11:00 AM.
  • Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur
    additional charges.
  • If you anticipate a late arrival, please inform us in advance to ensure your reservation
    remains valid.
    Hotel Rules and Regulations
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited in non-smoking rooms and designated smoke-free
    areas. A cleaning fee of INR 2999+GST applies for violations.
  • Guests are not allowed to bring food and beverage from outside into the Hotel or
    order food from outside the Hotel.
  • The Hotel undertakes no liability for the shelf life of the food which is taken away
    from the Hotel after an event at the Hotel or taken outside the Hotel for private
    consumption.
  • Pets are not allowed unless otherwise specified.
  • Guests are liable for any damage caused to hotel property and will be charged
    accordingly.
  • Any illegal activity or behaviour that disturbs other guests will result in immediate
    eviction with no refund.
  • In case of conflict in the actual bill provided to you after the receipt of services, the
    terms of the bill will prevail.
  • Management and staff work hard to provide a safe and secure environment. We do
    everything possible to ensure that a secure environment is maintained and we ask
    that our guests do also.
  • The Hotel takes no responsibility for any personal possessions that are lost, stolen or
    misplaced whilst on the premises due to the acts and omissions of the guests
    themselves.
  • Lost property found on the premises is logged and kept in a secure location for a
    period of one (1) month. Thereafter items are either disposed of or donated to
    charity.
  • The Hotel accepts no responsibility for contacting individuals in relation to lost
    property. Perishable items retrieved from rooms after check out are only held until
    close of business that day.
  • Claimed items can be collected from the Hotel with valid identification or
    alternatively the Hotel can arrange postage on behalf of the guest at their expense.
  • Valet parking is always at the Guest’s risk and advise from the Security Team needs to
    be strictly adhered with by the Guest at the time of checking in. Hotel will not be
    accountable for loss of any valuables from such parked vehicles.
    Cancellation & Refund Policy
  • All bookings must be guaranteed at the time of reservation by credit card or advance
    payment by Net Banking. All major cards are accepted.
  • A valid Credit Card or Bank Transfer is required for reservation confirmation.
  • Cancellation or modifications must be made at least 24 hours before Check IN Time
    to avoid a penalty charge.
  • No-shows will be charged for the first night’s stay.
  • Certain privileged booking rates or special offers are not eligible for cancellation,
    refund or any change. The Customer is therefore advised to check the room
    description and any such conditions carefully prior to making a booking. Hotel shall
    not be liable to cancel or refund any amount or alter any bookings if booking is made
    under such privileged booking rates or special offers.
  • Upon cancellation of booking, the refund of the booking amount will be initiated.
    The booking amount after deduction of cancellation charges and taxes, as applicable,
    will be credited into the bank account of Customer using the same payment mode
    (i.e. debit card/ credit card/ net-banking and any electronic mode) by which the
    booking was made by the Customer. The refund process may take 10-15 business
    days.
    Child Policy
  • One child under 06 years of age can stay in the parents’ rooms free-of-charge.
  • Additional charges may be applicable for children between 6 and 12 years.
  • 12 years above will be charged as per extra adult rate.
    Extra Charges
  • Extra adult (above 18 years): INR 999+GST per night.
  • Additional bed (if available): INR 499+GST per night.
  • Late check-out fee: INR 499+GST per hour after 11:00 AM.
  • Lost key card: INR 499+GST replacement fee.
    Visitors Policy
  • Visitors are allowed in guest rooms only between 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM.
  • Visitors must provide a valid ID at the front desk.
  • Overnight visitors are not permitted unless registered as an extra guest.
    Guest Responsibilities
  • Guest is responsible for providing accurate information during the reservation
    process and ensuring compliance with our policies.
  • It is Guest responsibility to read and follow any safety guidelines, rules, or
    instructions provided by our hotel staff.
  • Neatness and hygiene should be adequately maintained by the Guest. The Guest
    should always adhere to the safety, security and hygiene advice duly provided by the
    Hotel and should avoid breaching the same. The Guest will be solely responsible for
    any such violation if identified.
  • All the assets and valuables of the Hotel should be duly maintained adequately and
    should not be damaged or destroyed.
  • The Hotel has the discretion to levy any charges in future if it is proven beyond doubt
    that such damage/destruction to the asset of the Hotel (both movable and
    immovable) have been done or caused by the Guest.
  • If you have any allergies, sensitivities or intolerance to, but not limited to: a particular
    fabric, material, cleaning product or food, it is not Hotel’s responsibility to advise
    Hotel management prior to arrival.
  • In case the items you wish to store are exceptionally valuable you must notify the
    Hotel before storing. The Hotel may refuse to store these kind of valuables.
    Liability and Damages
  • While we take every reasonable measure to ensure the safety and security of our
    guests, we shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, theft, injury, or accidents
    that may occur during your stay.
  • Any damages caused by you or your guests to our property, including but not limited
    to rooms, facilities, or amenities, will be charged to your account.
    Privacy Policy
  • Guest information is collected for booking and service purposes only and is not
    shared with third parties, except as required by law.
  • We use secure encryption to protect your personal and payment details.
  • CCTV cameras are in place in public areas for security purposes.
    Facilities and Services
  • Wi-Fi is provided as a complimentary service. The hotel is not responsible for internet
    speed fluctuations.
  • Buffet Breakfast is served between 08:00 AM TO 10:00 AM inside Restaurant.
  • Room Service shall attract additional charges.
  • CAB Service on chargeable basis is available for Railway Station and Airport Transfers.
  • Room service is available between 07:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
  • Any use of facilities must comply with the respective safety guidelines.
    Force Majeure
  • The hotel is not responsible for cancellations, delays, or inconveniences caused by
    circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, government actions, or
    power failures.
  • We do our best to ensure reservation arrangements are satisfactory, however, the
    Hotel does not accept any liability for any loss financial or otherwise, travel delay,
    injury, damage, additional expenses or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by
    any events which are beyond our control.
  • These include, but not limited to, flight delays or cancellations, civil disturbance,
    defects in vehicles, strikes, theft, acts of terrorism, natural disaster, war, fire, floods,
    acts of God, acts of Government or of any other authorities, changes to Government
    regulations, accident to or failure of machinery or equipment, maintenance
    requirements or industrial action.
    Amendments to Terms and Conditions
  • We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time
    without prior notice.
  • Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
  • By proceeding with your booking or stay at Hotel Golden Nest you agree to abide by
